This is the perfect spot for a morning coffee with a pastry before a stroll on the beach, or a light breakfast. Their quiche is delicious and they make a really good banana latte.
Their chocolate almond croissant is the best. Omelette and coffee are okay
Cute little Carlsbad coffee shop walking distance from the ocean. Good pasty and coffee Latte. Loved that they had some nice coffee style music playing. Sat outside and enjoyed the nice weather. Plenty of outdoor seating.
It is hard to beat the outdoor seating area of this coffee shop right across from the oceanfront. There are cozy fire pits to enjoy in the morning. The coffee is strong and prepared with flourish. I particularly liked their fresh pastries.
Café Elysa in Carlsband is a nice and cozy gem. I loved the rich Latte, the eggs and the homemade bakery, which was perfectly sweet. The friendly staff made my visit even better, very good service. A great spot for a relaxing day if you are in the area.
Hands down a friend of mine said this place was tremendous. Needless to say I was blown away by the taste, the friendly staff, and how attentive and welcoming they were!
Cozy Coastal Vibe with Delicious Brunch” Cafe Elysa is a charming spot in Carlsbad, just steps from the beach, offering a relaxed atmosphere and a partial ocean view from the outdoor patio. The breakfast and brunch options are fresh and flavorful favorites include the croissant sandwiches, stuffed French toast, and quiches. The coffee is excellent! Service is friendly and quick, and the cozy patio with fire pits makes it a perfect place to unwind any time of day.
We stopped by here for breakfast on the way to Legoland. It was hard to choose from the menu as everything sounded amazing. We ended up ordering a breakfast sandwich and a burrito which were delicious. There were also a few options in the cabinets that looked good - in particular the chocolate mousse! Prompt service and great outdoor seating area.
Nice Spot to enjoy your breakfast, dogs are allowed. Prices are good and a huge selection. Every item I get always taste fresh and good. They always seem to have a long line. My tomato sandwich was delicious and only about 8 dollars
